• Custom Orders:
• Require a 50% deposit; the remaining balance is due prior to delivery.
• Lead times are approximately 4 months, excluding holidays.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the deposit is paid.
• Minor changes may be requested within 7 days of deposit.
  

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

• Shipping charges apply as specified at checkout.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available at www.candleflair.me/policies/refund-policy.
