WHOLESALE Orders
All trade and wholesale orders must now be placed online via our Trade Shop.
Orders may not be accepted in the following cases:
• The product ordered is out of stock
• Payment authorisation cannot be obtained
• A pricing or product description error has occurred
• Order eligibility criteria in our Terms & Conditions are not met

Breakages, shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographic evidence.
This is required under courier terms and conditions to process claims. Failure to notify within this timeframe may prevent courier claims from being accepted.

We apologise if an item is temporarily unavailable. We replenish stock regularly to support trade customers across retail, hospitality and events sectors. Large or early orders may be placed in advance so we can secure stock for your required delivery date.
Stock arrival dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays outside our control. Current stock availability are displayed on product pages.

We will try to help where possible, however once orders are processed or dispatched amendments or cancellations may not be possible. Orders placed during promotions or sales periods cannot usually be amended.
Trade and wholesale orders are supplied for business use, therefore change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted. Refunds or replacements are only offered for goods confirmed as faulty or damaged in transit and reported within the stated timeframe. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging with labels intact. Return shipping arrangements and costs remain the responsibility of the sender unless otherwise agreed.

Trade orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days.
During peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid, wedding season and year-end holidays, processing times may increase due to higher order volumes.
Customers working to event or installation deadlines are encouraged to place orders early.
Orders are processed on business days only.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery schedules may vary during public holidays across GCC countries.
International wholesale orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise agreed. Import duties, customs clearance fees and handling charges are payable by the receiving customer according to local regulations. Candle Flair does not collect or control these charges. Customers are advised to check import requirements prior to placing orders. Orders delayed or refused due to unpaid customs charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
Wholesale Shipping and Delivery
Candle Flair supplies luxury tapered candles, decorative candle collections and accessories to retailers, interior designers, hotels, restaurants, event planners, wedding stylists and corporate clients across the Middle East and international markets.
Our wholesale candles are widely used for:

Orders are dispatched from our Dubai warehouse using secure packaging suitable for fragile candle products.
Wholesale and trade orders are dispatched from our Middle Easter distribution hub using trusted courier partners across Dubai, the UAE, GCC countries and international destinations.
Typical delivery timeframes:
• Dubai: 2–3 working days
• UAE (outside Dubai): 3–4 working days
• GCC countries: 3–4 working days
• India & Far East Asia: 5–10 working days
• Other international destinations: typically 5–10 working days
Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and destination and displayed at checkout for trade customers. Shipping rates reflect courier transport, secure packaging and careful handling requirements for fragile goods. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, seasonal demand or courier delays beyond our control.
Working days are Monday–Friday and exclude UAE public holidays. Responsibility for goods transfers upon delivery to the provided address. Candle Flair is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs authorities, weather disruptions or circumstances outside our operational control.

Trade customers may contact our team for assistance with large project orders and scheduled deliveries.
Some wholesale orders may exceed standard courier size or weight limits, particularly large candle volumes, bulk trade packs or pallet shipments. Where orders require pallet delivery or specialist freight handling, shipping charges may differ from standard checkout rates.
In these cases, our team will contact you after checkout to confirm the most cost-effective freight solution. Any additional freight costs will always be confirmed before dispatch. Customers may also contact us prior to ordering to request a freight estimate.
Orders containing glass candle holders, hurricane covers, or other fragile accessories may require additional protective packaging or courier handling. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply due to increased carton volume and protection requirements.
If adjustments are required, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm shipping options. We always aim to minimise costs while ensuring goods arrive safely.
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Ownership and responsibility for goods transfer to the customer once delivery has been completed to the address provided at checkout. Customers must ensure delivery details are correct.
If delivery instructions are changed directly with the courier, Candle Flair cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues or loss. Candle Flair is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs authorities, weather disruptions or circumstances outside our operational control.
Candles
Our candles are made of 100% pure paraffin wax for long lasting burn times and the wick is made of 100% cotton for the cleanest burn.
- Classic Collection: Taper 25 candle up to 8 hours, Taper 28 Skinny candle up to 6 hours, Taper 35 candle up to 15 hours, Taper 45 candle up to 20 hours
- Creative Collection: Spiral candle up to 5 hours, Twist candle up to 5 hours
- Lux Collection: Swirl candle up to 6 hours, Ribbon candle up to 7 hours
The base of our candles are made in a conical shape, in order for our candles to fit most dinner candle holders. The top of our candles tapers to provide an elegant finish. We also provide 'Little Helpers', made out of flexible metal, which are perfect if the internal diameter of the candle holder is too large compared to the base of your candle as these will prevent the candle from wobbling.
All Candle Flair candles include a safety label on the bottom of our packaging to ensure customers are well informed on the accurate and sensible use of our candles. Below, we have included safety advice when buying and lighting our candles as well as useful tips on how to get the best burn from our candles:
• Ensure the wick is kept trimmed to approximately 0.5-1cm in length to control the flame height and burn time
• Avoid burning candles in areas of draught to encourage an even burn and to avoid dripping
• Never leave a burning candle unattended or around children and pets
• Do not burn candles on or close anything that can catch fire
• Place burning candles at least 10cm apart
• Always keep the wax pool clear and clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring
• Always snuff out the candle, do not blow out
