Shipping and Returns
A refund will be offered on any unsuitable items returned to us in unused conditions and its original packaging within 14 days. We are unable to refund any damaged or used goods returned. We do not offer a refund for goods returned after the 14-day period. We accept returns only if supported by a proof of payment.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. When returning from outside of the UAE please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not offer an exchange policy. We, therefore, suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase a new item separately in this instance.

We aim to process your returns as quick as possible but please do bear in mind that there may be delays after very busy periods like sales. Usually, we process your returns within 1 - 2 weeks.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

Payments can be securely made in our online store via credit card: Amex, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or alternatively through PayPal.
Your shipping options may vary depending on your location. Shipping options and charges are available on the checkout page of our site for domestic and international orders. Due to the large size and weight of some of our products certain orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. We recommend that you contact info.me@candleflair.com should you wish to obtain a full shipping cost prior to placing your order. Alternatively, you can place the order and customer care will contact you to advise of any additional shipping charges. Please note shipping costs does not include customs duty, local taxes & handling charges.
Delivery rates:
Dubai Shipping
2-3 Day Delivery for orders over AED 400 is free of charge.
2-3 day Day Delivery for orders under AED 400 a shipping fee of AED 25 applies.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day (business days Monday- Fridays excluding UAE public holidays).
Rest of the Emirates
2-3 day Day Delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) to all other Emirates is charged at a flat rate of AED 30.

Shipping outside the UAE
Saudi and Oman 4-5 day Day Delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) is charged at a flat rate of AED 150.
Qatar and Bahrain 4-5 day Day Delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) is charged at a flat rate of AED 225.
Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Turkey 10-15 day Day Delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) is charged at a flat rate of AED 250.
