Shipping and Returns
A refund will be offered on any unsuitable items returned to us in unused conditions and its original packaging within 14 days. We are unable to refund any damaged or used goods returned. We do not offer a refund for goods returned after the 14-day period. We accept returns only if supported by a proof of payment.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. When returning from outside of the UAE please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We do not offer an exchange policy. We, therefore, suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase a new item separately in this instance.

We aim to process your returns as quick as possible but please do bear in mind that there may be delays after very busy periods like sales. Usually, we process your returns within 1 - 2 weeks.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

Payments can be securely made in our online store via credit card: Amex, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or alternatively through PayPal.
Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Any applicable import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping price and are payable by the customer directly to the courier or local authorities.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or peak periods.
UAE - Dubai only
- 2–3 business day delivery
- Free delivery on orders over AED 400
- AED 25 delivery fee on orders under AED 400
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Rest of the UAE (excluding Dubai)
- 2–3 business day delivery for orders placed before 12pm
- Flat delivery rate of AED 30

Duties, VAT & Customs Charges
International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.
This means that shipping charges paid at checkout cover transportation only and do not include any import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or clearance fees applied by the destination country.
Any applicable duties, VAT, or customs charges are:
- Assessed by local customs authorities, and
- Payable by the customer directly to the courier or relevant authority prior to or upon delivery.
Candle Flair is not responsible for customs delays or charges incurred after dispatch.
